The relationship we have with ourselves, directly impacts the relationship we have with everyone and everything in our lives.
By becoming mindful of what we say to ourselves about ourselves and the world around us, we can recognize the things that stand in the way of achieving our dreams.
I specialize in anxious attachment style, fear of abandonment, codependency, childhood emotional neglect and inner child healing.
Together we work on naming your self- limiting beliefs. We then work together, on dismantling them and rebuilding a new belief system.
By using mindfulness techniques, we will challenge the inner critic, reframe limiting beliefs, change self-talk and set new goals.
I serve as a coach, partner and cheerleader, as we discover your authentic self, and empower you to become the you that you were MEANT to be!
